Queen's Park Swizzle

Ingredients

• 2 oz rum
• 0.75 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 8-10 mint leaves
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Build over crushed ice with muddled mint and swizzle until frosted, then float bitters on top.

Glass: Highball glass
Garnish: Mint sprig

Background & History

Named for the Queen's Park Hotel in Trinidad, where it's said to have been created in the early 20th century.
