Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
- 4 oz hot brewed coffee
- 1-2 tsp brown sugar
- Lightly whipped cream to float
Method
Stir whiskey, hot coffee, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Gently float lightly whipped cream on top over the back of a spoon.

Background & History
Created at Foynes flying boat terminal in Ireland in the 1940s to warm cold transatlantic passengers, later brought to San Francisco's Buena Vista Cafe in the 1950s.
