- 0.75 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice.

Background & History
Created at New York's Milk & Honey bar in the early 2000s, essentially a Bourbon-based Bee's Knees using honey instead of the gin classic's honey-lemon-gin format.
